A Mytikas cabin starts at $194,500 for Ridgeline™ or Summit™, and that price includes delivery and installation within 150 miles of Florence, Colorado. Beyond 150 miles, delivery is $7 per mile, one way. What the cabin price does not include is your site: the foundation, the utility connections and the permits.
We publish all of it, because the hardest part of comparing cabins is finding out what the number leaves out.

What can add to it
Options. The most common: the Mountain Lodge designer package ($4,200), the 140 PSF snow load upgrade for high-altitude sites ($7,200), an exterior mechanical and storage room ($7,000, already included on Summit), steel exterior paneling ($6,000) and the Smart Home Package ($4,000). The builder adds them up as you choose.
Distance. Delivery is $7 per mile, one way, for each mile beyond the first 150. A site 400 miles from Florence adds $1,750.
Your site. Every cabin needs site access for delivery, a prepared foundation, utility connections including 50-amp electrical service, and local permits. Those costs depend on your land, and they are the same kind of costs any cabin from any builder will need. If you want us to handle it, Concierge Site Prep and White-Glove Delivery starts at $30,000.
A worked example
A Ridgeline with the Mountain Lodge package and the 140 PSF snow upgrade, delivered to a mountain site 250 miles from Florence:
- Ridgeline: $194,500
- Mountain Lodge: $4,200
- 140 PSF snow load upgrade: $7,200
- Delivery beyond 150 miles (100 miles × $7): $700
- Cabin, delivered and installed: $206,600, before site work, permits and any taxes that apply where you are.
How payment works
A $2,500 reservation holds your place in the production line. A 50% deposit moves your cabin into the production schedule and locks in a guaranteed delivery date.
What to compare, beyond price
Two cabins at the same price can be very different purchases. Before you compare numbers, compare what stands behind them: the length and scope of the warranty, what the walls are made of, who delivers and sets the cabin, and how long you will wait.
