We've been in your shoes

It's why we started Mytikas in the first place. Our founders are land developers, real estate and finance professionals, and custom builders. We have developed land, financed projects and built custom homes for demanding clients. So we did not set out to sell park models. We set out to build what we would want on our own property: a cabin guests gladly pay for, that stays in service, and that does not hand its owner a list of problems in year three.

Guests book the photograph and remember the stay. Quartz counters, real cabinetry, central heating and air, and a deck for the view. Resort-grade finishes are what bring guests back.

Revenue comes from keys that are open. A steel structure will not burn, rot or warp. The Class A fire-rated exterior and a 90 PSF snow rating come standard. Fewer repairs, fewer closed nights.

A cost you can plan around

Ten years of full-unit coverage, with five years on appliances. The industry norm is one. You plan around a known number instead of a repair budget.

The same ten years in rental service. Short-term rental and resort use are covered on the same terms as personal use, including five years on appliances, and the coverage transfers with the cabin if you sell.

Problems solved before you meet them

Most of what goes wrong on a hospitality project is predictable. We have built the answers in.

  • Schedule. Delivery in 45 to 55 days from order and deposit, with a guaranteed delivery date once production is scheduled. Open for the season you planned for.
  • Delivery and setup. Our own crew delivers, sets and secures every cabin and checks every system on site before handover.
  • Site work. Concierge Site Prep and White-Glove Delivery handles access, foundation, utilities and permits, from $30,000.
  • Approvals. RVIA certified park models, also built to the most recent residential codes, that can be set as permanent or temporary structures as your jurisdiction allows.
  • Operations. The Hospitality Package includes everything in the Smart Home Package, plus guest- and unit-management software for managing cabins on site or remotely.
  • Growth. Start with one cabin or order a hundred. Tell us your plan and we reserve factory time for each phase.

One cabin proves the model on your land. Every Mytikas cabin is built in the same factory to the same specification, so the tenth matches the first. Larger orders generally ship inside a 90 to 120 day window.

Complete the site

The Outpost™ adds a two-story lounge deck or glamping suite. Bathhouses start at $105,000. For workforce housing or a larger custom building, we panelize the project in the same factory.

Specifications, materials, finishes, appliances, fixtures and dimensions reflect current plans and may change before delivery. Mytikas Industries may substitute components of equal or greater value and quality. Dimensions and square footage are approximate. Renderings are illustrative. Option prices apply to standard configurations. The executed purchase agreement is the binding agreement between the parties.
