The people who build your cabin are the people who deliver it. Our own factory crew brings it to your site, sets it, secures it and checks every system before they hand you the keys. Delivery and installation are included within 150 miles of Florence, Colorado.
Why we do it ourselves
Delivery day is where a factory-built cabin is most at risk. In much of the industry, the cabin leaves the builder's hands at the factory gate. A dealer or an outside hauler brings it, the rate is quoted separately, and leveling, hookups and testing are often left to the buyer.
We kept that work in house for one reason. If we set it, we know it was set correctly, and we can stand behind it.

What it costs
Within 150 miles of Florence, Colorado, delivery and installation are part of the price of the cabin. Beyond that, delivery is $7 per mile, one way. The rate is published, so you can work out your number before you talk to us.
It is covered by the warranty
Factory installation is written into the 10-year full-unit warranty: delivery, placement, securing, connections in our scope, commissioning and handover by our factory installation team. Your ten years begin the day you receive the keys, not the day the cabin leaves the factory.
What you prepare
Four things: site access for delivery, a prepared foundation, utility connections including 50-amp electrical service, and local permits and approvals. Questions we hear
Do you deliver outside Colorado? Yes. Our cabins are RVIA-certified park models, which lets us deliver anywhere in the United States.
How long from order to delivery? Normal delivery is 45 to 55 days from order and deposit.
What if I want to move the cabin later? Call us first. Moves must be planned and performed by Mytikas or a factory-authorized crew, and when we move, reinstall and inspect the cabin, the remaining warranty continues.
Can you deliver several cabins to one property? Yes. Tell us early and we reserve factory time for each phase of your project.
