Summit™ is the cabin for a full house. A private bedroom suite with its own bath sits at each end, a sleeping loft sits above each suite, and the kitchen and living area between them rise to a 13 to 14 ft vault. It sleeps up to ten and starts at $194,500.
The layout
- Main level: 399 sq ft, approximately 12 ft × 33 ft
- Two bedroom suites, each with its own bath
- Two sleeping lofts, 77 sq ft each, reached by ship ladder, with headroom up to 5 ft 6 in
- Great room: kitchen and living area under a vault that rises to 13 to 14 ft
- Deck: 8 × 12 TimberTech, Class A fire-rated, included. A full-length deck is available.
- Sleeps: up to ten. Four in the two bedrooms, four in the two lofts, one or two on the pull-out sofa.
Dimensions are approximate.
Why two suites matter
Two couples can share Summit without sharing a bathroom. A family can give the grandparents their own end of the cabin and put the kids in the lofts. For an operator, it is the key that takes the group booking: one cabin, up to ten guests, two private baths.
