Eli Bremer brings an uncommon combination of entrepreneurial leadership, strategic finance and elite performance to Mytikas Industries. A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a 2008 U.S. Olympian in modern pentathlon, Eli began his career as an Air Force officer, managing complex federal contracts and leading a $100 million space acquisition program.

Following his military service, Eli founded Pure Performance, growing it into the nation's largest Olympic sponsorship program, served nearly a decade as senior global marketing advisor and spokesman for Shaklee, and covered four Olympic Games as an NBC broadcaster. He is also a founding partner of EDENN Development Group, helping grow the enterprise from $550,000 in seed capital to a Southern Colorado real estate portfolio approaching $100 million in assets owned and managed. Eli holds master's degrees from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and The George Washington University.

A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Master's in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona, Eric Bonick brings a distinctive combination of military leadership, financial discipline and entrepreneurial execution to Mytikas Industries. His decade of service in the U.S. Air Force and Space Force included assignments as an MQ-9 Reaper pilot and a nuclear weapons acquisitions officer, and leadership of more than 200 personnel supporting national intelligence and space systems valued above $5 billion, including oversight of a $27 million annual contract.

Eric is also the Founder and CEO of Paragon Assets, a private real estate firm with a portfolio spanning two states. His real estate experience includes raising more than $1.3 million in private capital and managing four joint ventures responsible for acquiring 28 real estate assets, combining disciplined financial management with hands-on acquisition, development and portfolio operations.

At Mytikas, Eric bridges finance and operations, overseeing financial strategy, capital allocation, organizational systems and day-to-day operational execution. Combining the precision of military systems management with an entrepreneur's understanding of capital and growth, he plays a central role in translating the company's strategic vision into a scalable, financially disciplined manufacturing enterprise.

With nearly five decades of construction experience beginning in 1978, Ed Libby brings an extraordinary depth of technical expertise to Mytikas Industries. A licensed general contractor with projects spanning more than 20 states and a portfolio exceeding $250 million, his work includes four Cripple Creek casinos, seven banks for Napa Valley Bank, 20 luxury California residences, more than 20 residential developments and extensive underground utility and infrastructure installations.

As President of Woods Construction, Ed has led complex commercial, residential and civil construction projects, including specialized horizontal directional drilling and major utility infrastructure. His experience extends well beyond the jobsite: Ed also served as Mayor and City Council Member of Cripple Creek, Colorado, bringing practical development expertise to municipal leadership and community planning.

As Chief Construction Officer, Ed is the technical authority behind Mytikas's steel framing systems and construction methodology, guiding engineering integration, construction standards, skilled-trades development and the execution of major commercial and site-development projects. His decades of hands-on experience and uncompromising approach to quality help ensure that everything Mytikas builds, from an individual residence to a large-scale development, is grounded in sound engineering, practical execution and craftsmanship intended to endure.

With more than two decades of executive leadership, business development and entrepreneurial experience spanning real estate, technology, manufacturing, marketing and media, Nathan Fisk has built a career transforming ambitious ideas into commercially viable enterprises, developing markets and assembling high-performing teams.

Nathan is the Founder and Managing Partner of EDENN Development Group, a Southern Colorado firm engaged in residential, commercial, industrial and large-scale land development. He is also a founding partner of The Fisk Team at eXp Realty, an award-winning group generating more than $40 million in annual residential sales, and served as the 2023 President of Elite 25 of Colorado Springs. His previous executive roles include Chief Growth Officer at Saligent and Director of Business Development at AbleLink Technologies, alongside a broader background in executive consulting and media.

At Mytikas, Nathan brings these disciplines together at the intersection of corporate strategy, business development and market positioning, helping guide the company's evolution into a vertically integrated manufacturing, development and construction enterprise.

Nathan leads Mytikas's work with industrial and commercial clients, from resort developers to builders ordering panelized steel. He is the partner who starts with the land: finding it, acquiring it and planning what goes on it, then staying with the project through permitting, utilities and installation. A licensed Colorado real estate broker since 2014 and a principal of EDENN Development Group, he has built his career on land acquisition, easements and rights-of-way, permit reviews and utility approvals. For park model communities, kit homes and commercial steel projects, Nathan is the long-range planner in the room.

Yes, Duncan is Eli's dad. He is also the most qualified person in most rooms he walks into. He holds bachelor's and architecture degrees from Yale, earned his law degree with honors at the University of Connecticut, and practiced real estate and land-use law in Colorado Springs for more than 40 years. Along the way he served eight years as an El Paso County Commissioner and sat on the founding board of the El Paso County Water Authority. Early in his architecture career he researched energy conservation and passive solar design, long before either was fashionable. At Mytikas, Duncan is where design, land and law meet.

Ben grew up in Grand Junction, Colorado, graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and then did something almost nobody does: he served as an Air Force officer and played in the NFL. As a lineman for the Denver Broncos, Atlanta Falcons and San Francisco 49ers he reached three Super Bowls, while continuing to serve in the Colorado Air National Guard. The NFL gave him its Salute to Service Award in 2018, and he was twice nominated for its Man of the Year award.
