Mytikas is more than cabins. Our Florence factory roll-forms and assembles a full line of light-gauge steel (LGS) framing products: framing members, wall panels, floor systems and roof trusses. Order standard profiles by the piece, or send us your plans and we will design, engineer and build to them.

Framing members

Studs, track, joists and headers in light-gauge steel. Buy standard profiles by size and length, or have every member cut, punched and labeled to your cut list.

Stock profiles: 4 in., 6 in. and 8 in. × 1-5/8 in.
Gauges from 20 to 12. Finished member widths: 3.5 to 14 in.
Service holes, fastener dimples, swages, notches and lip cuts formed at the machine.
A part number printed on every member.

Wall panels

Exterior and interior walls, assembled square in our factory and delivered ready to erect. Choose how finished they arrive.

Framed: Precision LGS wall, floor or roof section assembled, squared and labeled.
Sheathed: Exterior sheathing and weather barrier applied.
Insulated and openings: Specified thermal break and cavity insulation, with windows and doors installed.
Finished: Agreed MEP rough-in, interior substrate and exterior finish.

At the finished level, exterior and interior wall sections arrive ready to connect to one another on site.

Made to your plans

Send a floor plan, architectural drawings or a full engineered set. We turn it into labeled members, panels and trusses.

Design and engineering, if you want it

Bring as much or as little as you have. Our team handles steel detailing, structural engineering and code compliance, then turns the approved design into machine files. If you already have an engineer of record, we build to their drawings.

Our factory

Mytikas factory buildings beside the Arkansas River in Florence

Our 120,000 sq ft factory in Florence, Colorado, sits beside the Arkansas River. Two Howick roll-forming lines turn galvanized American steel coil into studs, track, joists and trusses, each cut to length, punched and labeled. The same floor frames, finishes and inspects every Mytikas cabin.

Fastener holes and utility openings are formed in the steel before it leaves the machine, which cuts on-site labor and speeds installation. Keeping production under one roof keeps every member consistent.

Commitment to Sustainability

We start with recycled American steel, formed in Florence, Colorado. Our approach focuses on the materials in the frame, precision manufacturing and the use of recyclable steel components.

Our Howick roll-forming lines turn galvanized steel coil into components cut to engineered lengths, with fastener and service holes formed before assembly. This limits field cutting. Steel framing is recyclable and does not rot or feed termites. Our cabins still use wood in cabinetry and selected finishes. The structure has no wood framing.

Factory assembly lets our craftsmen inspect the frame before finishing and delivery. The galvanized coating protects the steel from corrosion.

Option prices apply to standard configurations. The executed purchase agreement is the binding agreement between the parties.
