Careers at Mytikas · Florence, Colorado

Join the crew.

Our factory floor runs like a race team: fast, precise, proud and all in for each other. We are hiring across every trade, and we are building careers, not filling jobs.

Join the crew

Ed Libby and Nathan Fisk on the people who build every cabin.

This is not an old-fashioned factory

Forget the greasy shop floor. Ours is bright, organized and built for speed. Steel comes off our Howick lines cut, punched and labeled. Crews frame it, wire it, plumb it and finish it, station by station, until a luxury cabin rolls out the door.

Every cabin we ship carries a 10-year full-unit warranty*. That promise is only as good as the people who build it. So we hire for pride, we train for skill, and we treat the team like a team.

How we run

Quality is everyone's job.

Every screw, wire and joint has a name behind it. If it is not right, it does not leave your station.

Performance counts.

We keep score on safety, quality and pace, and every crew knows its numbers. Winning is more fun than guessing.

Team, not transaction.

You are not a badge number here. We know your name, your goals and what you are working toward.

Better every day.

See a better way to do it? Say so. The best ideas on our floor come from the people doing the work.

Careers, not jobs.

There is a clear path from your first day to leading a department, and people who want to see you climb it.

How we train

Nobody is thrown in cold. You learn each station the same way, with a teammate beside you.

  1. Watch it.

Your trainer shows you the station and the standard.

  2. Do it.

You run the station with your trainer beside you.

  3. Own it.

You run it on your own and get signed off on the skills checklist.

  4. Teach it.

You show the next person. That is how you move up.

  • Safety first. Your first day starts with safety class. Nobody picks up a tool before it.
  • Skills sign-offs. Every station has a checklist. When you can do everything on it, you are signed off.
  • Cross-training. Learn a second station and you become more valuable to the crew.
