Normal delivery is 45 to 55 days from order and deposit. There are six steps between your first click and your keys, and the first one takes a few minutes.
The six steps
- Build and price. Choose your cabin, designer package and options online. You see the price as you go. Start here.
- Reserve your place. A $2,500 reservation holds your place in the production line. A member of our concierge team then calls you to go through your build.
- Schedule production. A 50% deposit moves your cabin into the production schedule and locks in a guaranteed delivery date. Tell us the date you want and we confirm the details with you.
- We build it. Our own craftsmen frame, finish and inspect your cabin in Florence, Colorado.
- Delivery and set. Our own crew delivers the cabin, sets and secures it on your site, and checks every system before handover.
- Keys. Your cabin is in place and yours. The 10-year full-unit warranty begins the day you receive them.
What delivery costs
Delivery and installation are included within 150 miles of Florence, Colorado. Beyond that, delivery is $7 per mile, one way. We publish the rate so you can work it out before you call.
What you prepare
Four things need to be ready on your side: site access for delivery, a prepared foundation, utility connections including 50-amp electrical service, and local permits and approvals. Our six-step site guide walks through each one.
If you would rather not manage it, Concierge Site Prep and White-Glove Delivery covers site preparation, delivery, placement and final setup, from $30,000.
Ordering more than one
Tell us early and we reserve factory time for your project. Every cabin is built in the same factory to the same specification, so the tenth matches the first. Larger orders generally ship inside a 90 to 120 day window. See how we work with operators.
Questions we hear
How long does it take? Normal delivery is 45 to 55 days from order and deposit. For a typical park model, 14 to 26 weeks is common.
Do you deliver outside Colorado? Yes. Our cabins are RVIA-certified park models, which lets us deliver anywhere in the United States.
Who sets the cabin up? Our own factory crew, under the same 10-year warranty that covers the cabin.
When does the warranty start? The day you receive the keys, not the day the cabin leaves the factory.
