Our Facility

Our brand new facility in Florence, Colorado sits near the Arkansas River and marks the next step in bringing Mytikas homes and steel systems to life. Built and operated right here in the U.S., this location is fully equipped to support production at scale. With operations in place and funding secured, we’re ready to meet the demand for high-quality, steel-framed housing. Whether you're looking for durable framing systems or full structures, Mytikas is built to deliver- locally made, professionally managed, and ready to move forward.

Our facility also manufactures custom steel stud and track. Using advanced, high-precision roll-forming machinery, we produce both standard stock and fully customized components—everything made in-house here in Colorado. From pre-drilled fastener holes to integrated utility access points, our systems are engineered to reduce on-site labor and speed up installation. By keeping production under one roof and investing in top-tier equipment, we ensure every product meets the highest standards of strength, accuracy, and consistency.
